Disclosure: I received this rug for free to review. All opinions are my own.
Our basement playroom just got a little more colorful thanks to Mohawk Home and their fun, colorful, Off-set Chevron Multi Area Rug. I absolutely love it! (P.S. Stay tuned for a giveaway at the end of this post.)
I mentioned recently that our playroom is getting a little makeover, and this is part of it, however there has been a little change of plans which I will share very soon! As for this rug though, I love the bright, vibrant colors and the graphic pattern. I like how you can match accessories and focus on the pinks/purples if you put it a girl’s room, or you can pull out the blues/greens for a boy’s room if you wanted to. There are so many options. It would be beautiful in a craft room too! (Or really in any room where you want a lot of color.) This one is large at 8’x10′, which is perfect for the play room since it has a wood floor. This provides a nice soft surface for my boys to sit and play on.
I also love that Mohawk Home is an American-made business and their rugs are still made in the USA. You can find out more about that by watching this video. They value the quality of their products and I am happy to have one of their rugs in my home.
Our playroom was pretty “blah” before. I just never got around to doing much to it. This rug is the perfect statement piece to decorate around, and I can’t wait to do more with my boys’ play space. The colors have inspired me and I have all sorts of fun ideas floating around in my head.
