A few years ago, I made this DIY Monogrammed Ornament using glass paint and a stencil, and I stuffed it with shredded sheet music. You can find all the details here. You can often find vintage sheet music at thrift stores or online, but I just printed some out and cut it up. I wanted it to look like vintage sheet music without actually destroying real sheet music.
