Today I’m teaming up with Kreg to share a project that may not be the most glamorous, but it’s utilitarian and much needed in my workshop. I finally got around to building a DIY scrap wood storage cart, and I’m going to walk you through the whole process over on the Kreg site.

In the meantime, here is a photo of the finished product! I built this storage cart completely using materials I already had on hand. I had to improvise a bit since I didn’t have enough 3/4″ thick plywood for the whole thing, but you could definitely use that for the entire build if you’d prefer.
I used my Kreg Jig 520PRO for this project, and I am absolutely obsessed with it. It’s portable and easy to use, and it makes my projects go so much more smoothly. If you’re looking for a good pocket hole jig, I highly recommend this one.
Now head over to the Kreg site for the build plans and step by step tutorial!
