You all know that I rearrange and redecorate different areas of my home all the time. I get tired of things quickly and crave change. I just worked on a little quick and easy entryway update and wanted to share it with you!

I received this new lamp from Kirkland’s, and it works perfectly in this space on the desk that doubles as our entryway table. It’s the Roanoke Brown Lexi Buffet Lamp.
Kirkland’s is having a Black Friday in July sale, July 9-15, on select art pieces, lamps, mirrors, furniture, clocks, outdoor accessories, and more! I always love a good sale. Hurry in to snatch up a new lamp or any other on-trend decor you may be looking for at Black Friday prices. Select lamps are 40% off, which is an amazing deal.
I left the same sunburst mirror on the wall above the table, and added a brass and mirrored tray with books and a geode that I painted with liquid gold leaf. Then, I brought in a dish full of smaller geodes (also gilded, because clearly I’m obsessed with gold), and a small potted succulent. Shh, don’t tell anyone but it’s fake. I finished off the vignette by adding a larger handled vase with some hydrangeas I picked from our yard. I love the fresh look for summer!
Sometimes simple updates can make such a big difference in a space, especially a smaller space like a foyer. After being full of clutter like coats and backpacks all winter long, it was time to give this space some attention. I love the way it turned out! Have you made any updates to your home for summertime? Let me know in the comments!
