I have a house full of boys and a dog that sheds, so needless to say our home is constantly full of epic messes. Add to that all of the shedding needles from fresh Christmas greenery, and you have the dirtiest floors on the planet. Unfortunately our old vacuum not only wouldn’t stay locked upright anymore and therefore would fall over randomly if not propped against a wall, but it was heavy and bulky and hard to take up and down the stairs. Oh, and did I mention we have hardwood floors throughout the house and they are mostly dark? Therefore, there is no hiding the messes. I was excited to try the Eureka SuctionSeal 2.0 vacuum to make our epic messes disappear quickly.
I picked up the Eureka vacuum at Walmart for a great price — it’s currently on rollback from $148.88 to $129.
When I say we have epic messes, I seriously mean it. Did I mention I am a boy mom? I always joke that the dirt, dust and dog hair roll across the floor like tumbleweeds on a regular basis. Sadly, it’s not really a joke. The Christmas greenery has just added to the already messy floors, especially in the entryway and on the stairs. The Eureka SuctionSeal 2.0 was easy to maneuver and extremely powerful — it sucked everything up quickly and effortlessly.

Now imagine messes like that covering all the floor surfaces throughout our home! It’s a constant battle.
The wand and attachments made stair cleanup a breeze. It’s amazing how quickly debris accumulates on the front staircase! Especially with garland hanging on the banister. It took me two seconds to clean this mess.

This vacuum has Suction Seal, which means there are plates that raise and lower against the floor’s surface which maintains suction without scattering debris. It also has Air Speed Technology, so it uses a wide tube of air without all the bends and twists. This allows air to move freely across a shorter and more direct path. There are several awesome features, like multiple tool attachments, a high efficiency allergen filter, automatic cord rewind, and multi-surface cleaning capabilities. After putting it to the test in my own home, it has my seal of approval.
