I am disabled and my husband was just laid off today from work after working at his company for 12 years. I am looking forward to making gifts, decorations, clothing, and just about anything else I can find to make to save money. I have a 30 plus year old machine my mother gave me. But, it needs some work to get it moving. What a true blessing this would be right now.

arg… I forgot to read the details before I commented… I do a lot of sewing for the Boy Scout shop here… my current machine sometimes has a difficult time going through the patches.

I use a sewing machine owned by the deceased grandfather. I wanted to buy a modern sewing machine but do not have enough money. I use a sewing machine to make a purse or bag.
I am currently using my mom old machine. It’s 20+ years old. I would LOVE to finally have a new one. Responsibilities keep getting in the way of the purchase of a new one 🙁
