I’ve been feeling the urge to spray paint something, and luckily this weekend I got my chance. In fact, that’s pretty much all I’ve been doing.
I’m still in the process of spray painting a few things, which I will show you soon. But here is the first little thing that I worked on yesterday. It’s a footed bowl that I found for a few dollars at a thrift store:

It’s not that it looked awful before. It just wasn’t my style. Nothing a quick coat of Krylon spray paint couldn’t fix.

I used Krylon Satin Oil-Rubbed Bronze spray paint. It’s one of my favorites. For a tutorial on how to make the moss balls (which actually appear to be a brighter shade of green in the photo than they actually are), check out The Yellow Cape Cod.
On another note: Remember that “Any Season Wreath” I blogged about a couple weeks ago? I am going to be giving one away! In the next couple of weeks, I will be doing a giveaway contest and YOU could win it! Details coming soon. In the meantime, I would really appreciate if you would continue to help me grow my blog. If you haven’t already, please “like” me on Facebook, follow me on “Twitter,” and share my link with your friends. I would like to say thank you to everyone who has already been helping to spread the word. This is a new blog but it is growing quickly, and I really appreciate everyone’s help!
Looks great! Reminds me of a thrift store find I painted green. It was nearly the same. I gave it to my daughters kindergarten teacher for Christmas.
Thank you!
