If you love to transform things with spray paint like I do, then I know you’re going to love the item I’m sharing with you today. The worst thing about spray painting is the pesky overspray. I’ve gotten it on the driveway and the grass before, but thankfully not the house or cars (although it can happen!). The Small Spray Shelter from HomeRight is the perfect thing to ensure that overspray is no longer a problem. It takes seconds to set up, and is easy to fold up and put away.
It stores in a compact little bag, so it doesn’t take up much space at all.
And best of all, it protects your surroundings from overspray! Unless of course you want your house, cars, garage, driveway, and yard to end up looking like a rainbow exploded all over them. Maybe you do. I’m not judging. For the rest of us though, this is a must!
I recently gave it a try when I made over a cute little thrift store recipe box. I transformed it into a trinket box for my kids, and you can see the full tutorial over on the HomeRight blog here.
I love the large spray shelter for when I need to use my paint sprayer for furniture or other large projects, but this small spray shelter is the perfect size for smaller spray paint projects, and it’s so quick and easy to set up and take down.

My husband would be the first to use this I’m sure. He paints miniature board game figurines and they always get a primer spray first.

I would use it to spray paint some vintage candlesticks I just picked up at an estate sale that have seen better days.

It’s hard to say, but I do want to spray paint a Nativity Scene I picked up. I want to spray paint it white. Love the white look at Christmas.

I have so many small paint projects that I want to get done around this minor explosion I lovingly refer to as my home! I think one of the big ones is trying to paint our kitchen cabinet hardware – it’s 80’s brass and so horrifically ugly!!!

I would probably start by painting all of my pumpkins white and then move on to Christmas ornaments. Goodness, so many things on my list. What a great idea having a mini spray booth

I would start with some baskets in a deep blue color for extra storage in the bathroom.
Then I have some pots for the patio that need a makeover to be a little more exciting.
And a funky side table that currently doesn’t quite fit in anywhere.
And the list goes on.

This would be better than a cardboard box & easier. Trying to find a box large enough for your project can be difficult at times.

I’m such a nerd but I’m making bookends bad out of dog statutes for my office. I would use this tent to spray paint them blue to match my office accents.

I’m making a wine rack for my wife with pvc. This shelter would be great so I don’t make a catastrophe out of this project.

Boy do I need this! I usually spray in my garage and run the risk of painting everything from the water heater to folding chairs every time! I usually have plastic draped everywhere!! So time consuming. Think of all the extra time I’d have to paint if I had this spray shelter! I’d start with my faux pumpkins….

This is so awesome and perfect for what I have been needing. My precious Nana passed away in May, and I have been wanting to re-spray a few of her decorative pieces that need it that we keep in our gazebo. This would be so helpful because I am sure I would make a huge mess!
