If you’ve followed me for a while then you know that we’ve been having a rental property renovated to sell. If you missed the process you can check out the “before” here and the progress here and here. I also refinished the bathtub (here) and made over the bathroom vanity and countertop (here). I’m excited to share this final townhouse renovation update with you now that it’s finally finished! (Quarantine delayed our plans by many months.) We did have the majority of the work hired out since logistically it just made the most sense.
We replaced all of the flooring, painted the entire place, gutted the master bathroom and downstairs half bath, made over the vanity and refinished the hall bathtub, painted kitchen cabinets, and replaced a couple of ceiling fans.
First, let’s start with the before and afters. Keep in mind the property is vacant so I couldn’t stage it and make it look pretty, and the photos aren’t great quality since I just rushed around with my camera. If you want to see actual good “after” shots, you can check out the listing here. Also, I wish we could’ve done more (like gutted the kitchen and replaced windows), but we did as much as our budget would allow.

And the exciting news is, it is under contract! We close next month. We received multiple offers the same day it listed, so we were very excited about that. Big shout-out to our real estate agent, Kathy Heetland. If you’re in Atlanta and need an agent, give her a call!
Thanks so much for following along with this process! Now onto the next chapter … Stay tuned.
